Continuous Bladder Irrigation

When administering Continuous Bladder Irrigation (CBI) for a patient following a Transurethral Resection of the Prostate (TURP), be sure to increase the CBI rate if outflow is bright red or contains clots. Goal = light pink irrigation outflow.
