Love the cards

There is an error on the first card under the subtitle of likelihood of taking action is based on 1. Modifying Variables (age, gender, race, economy, education) Age, gender and race are not modifiable factors The book has demographics and knowledge level as examples.

Level Up RN

Glad you like the cards! I wanted to point out that "modifying variables" is NOT the same as "modifiable factors". Within the Health Belief Model, the term "modifying variables" is used to describe characteristics that will influence an individual's likelihood of taking action. These factors include demographic data, social factors, and psychological factors. The term is NOT intended to describe variables that an individual can change. Hope that clears things up! So rest assured there is not an error on that card.

I ordered the whole package and I am a bit relief that I have this to study with. Simplicity at its finest. At times I don't have time to read the whole ATI book pertaining to the subject I am studying and Cathy gives me what I need to know in a simplified form that helps me retain and understand the material without all those extra words the book contains. It can be overcoming and many times you just need to grasp the concept in order to follow everything else pertaining to it. Thanks Cathy! Keep uploading videos and those pics on instagram that helps out as well!

Level 3 all the way!!

I haven’t tested on community health but I have used the nutrition cards and the women’s health cards and made level 3s on both. Wasn’t even making level 1 previously.
